Refund Policy

Any claim for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be filed within 30 days of receipt. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be filed no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on our part will be covered at our expense.

If you or your customers notice a problem with the products or anything else in the order, please submit a problem report.

The return address is set by default in the service. No Roll . When we receive a returned shipment, you will be automatically notified by email. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days. If the shipping facility No Roll are not used as a return address, you will be responsible for any returned shipments you receive.

Incorrect Address : If you or your end customer provide an address that the courier service deems insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the reshipping costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Mostrenco : Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

If you have not registered an account on No Roll and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any order returned due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to claim the shipment will not be available for reshipment and will be donated to charity at your expense (without us issuing a refund).

No Roll does not accept returns of sealed products, such as, but not limited to, face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that returned orders containing face masks will not be available for reshipment and will be disposed of.
